step 1 Begin!

This is your chance to gather information and ask specific questions! We recommend downloading our guidebook and using our YouTube library (as well as other resources on our website) to understand the many Medicare topics. If you already have Medicare questions, feel free to call or email us now!


step 2 Evaluate!

The first step to the evaluation process is clicking the “schedule your free call” button and setting up a time with an advisor. It’s your chance to ask any questions that you have! This phone session is designed to turn your general questions into specific solutions to meet your needs. Note: This evaluation phase could take more than one phone call.


step 3 Sign up!

At this point, you are confident in your Medicare coverage decisions and you’re ready to have your agent enroll you into your plans. During this time, we will recap your coverage decisions. The sign-up phase is completed via phone and e-mail so that you don’t have to deal with any paperwork hassle.


step 4 Time to Review!

Medicare isn’t a one-time deal! (sorry!) We help our clients go through an annual review during the Annual Election Period (October 15 – December 7). This is your chance to evaluate different Medicare Advantage or prescription Part D options with us.

Lucky for you, our excellent service and expertise comes at no added cost to you! We are paid directly by insurance carriers when you enroll into a plan through our agency. Note that calling the carrier directly to enroll will not save you any money on your monthly premium and you’ll be stuck calling an 800# when you need help.

We’re proud to be virtual so that we can help people with their Medicare options within Michigan (our home state) and with people across the US! Our meetings are held via telephone and we can use screenshare capabilities to enhance your experience if you’d like.

Though we work virtually you in no way have to be a tech whiz to work with us! If you have a phone and an email address, we can make it happen!

We’re here to help. Even if you do everything right with Medicare, a billing issue could arise. Any of our advisors can help you through these typically minor snafus.

We sure do! We’ll be emailing you throughout the year with Medicare information you need. And, we’ll always add extra emphasis as we approach the Annual Election Period each Fall when it’s extra important to have those reviews take place.
