The great part about us being here in Michigan with you is pretty simple. We know the plans, we know the regional carriers, we know the hospital systems, and more.
Why is that important? Well, when a Medicare call center contacts you or you call other agencies that are out of state, they often will only offer you the national carriers as to your coverage choices. What does that mean to you? It means that they don't know about Priority Health, HAP, and possibly BCBSM.
So, our being local provides you with more choice.
What about calling the carrier directly since you've done a lot of research? Well, we never advise that since when you have an issue that brews (and you undoubtedly will have some question come up), it's far more difficult to get any large carriers' customer service to deal with you vs our place. That, we can absolutely guarantee you of.
