Our excellent service and expertise comes at no added cost to you! We are paid directly by insurance carriers when you enroll into a plan through our agency. Calling a carrier directly to enroll will not save you any money on your monthly premium and you’ll be stuck calling an 800# when you need help.

We’re here to help. Even if you do everything right with Medicare, a billing/claim issue could arise. We have a stellar customer service team to get you through any glitches that can arise.

You can do that. But, you'll likely never talk to the person that enrolled you after that initial call. When you have a problem post-enrollment, you can be left sitting through phone trees on hold, etc.

We sure do. We’ll be emailing you throughout the year with Medicare information you need. And, we’ll always add extra emphasis as we approach the Annual Election Period each Fall when it’s extra important to have those reviews take place.

We love being virtual so that we can help people with their Medicare options within Michigan (our home state) and with people across the country! Our meetings are held via telephone and we can use screen share capabilities to enhance your experience if you’d like.

Our job is to cut through the confusion that surrounds Medicare and help you decide upon and enroll in either a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan or Medicare Advantage (Part C) plan of your choice. After enrollment, we'll be there to help with any of the snafus that can arise in the system.

Though we work virtually you in no way have to be a tech whiz to work with us! If you have a phone and an email address, we can make it happen!
