I was a licensed hairstylist for 10 years.  I have an Associate’s Degree in Business, and was in the process of transferring into a Social Work Program when I made the decision to pause and devote my time to raise my 2 children.  I loved it!

After the kids went off to college, I returned to work after 20 years as a customer service rep for a large employee group health plan.  I transitioned into the Medicare space with a major insurance carrier as a Medicare Advantage customer service rep. I had the the opportunity to continue my education and become a licensed sales agent focusing on the Medicare Advantage side of the Medicare world.

I had a desire to learn more and discovered Joanne on Linked In. I quickly learned that there was so much more to Medicare. I reached out to her with a zillion questions and I was ultimately blessed to become a part of the Giardini Medicare Team as a Customer Service Rep and continue to learn about Medicare.

I grew up on the east side and live in Harrison Township.  I am proud to say both of my children graduated from MSU and are continuing their educations and pursuing their dreams.  I love to travel, cook and spend as much time as I can with family, friends and adult children.
